Ordering and Delivery

I aim to complete your piece within 3 weeks of receiving your inclusions, but please allow up to 12 weeks. As a one-woman business, some delays may be out of my control.
To enable us meet this deadline you must ensure you reply from a proof photo within 24 hours.

If you require your item sooner this may be possible, for a fee, please contact me to negotiate this before placing the order.
Yes, express production is available for a £30 fee. Please contact me before purchasing to ensure I can meet you exact requirement.
No, I currently only accept UK orders to keep things manageable and personal
Upon placing an order a collection kit will be sent out via Royal Mail.
All deliveries that contain inclusions will be arranged via Royal Mail tracked services. If you wish to upgrade your finished order parcel to Special Delivery, this can done upon request, but you will need to pay the cost of Special Delivery. The price will be confirmed upon request to ensure the price reflects the most up to date fee.

- Hair or fur: a pinch, about the thickness of a few pieces of pasta
- Ashes: half a teaspoon
- Breast milk: two 5ml tubes
- Umbilical cord: a small piece, about the size of a fingernail
- Flowers: a few dry petals or buds
- Paper: small cutouts or strips (1–2 cm)
- Fabric: a tiny scrap (1–2 cm)
You’ll receive a prepaid tracked return envelope, labelled pots bags, and a spoon or pipette.
A ring sizer can also be sent if required.
Yes, you can.
Most people prefer to see the inclusion, and this will be assumed unless requested otherwise. Please note that white or grey hair/fur may be nearly invisible, so adding shimmer or colour is recommended.
I follow a strict labelling and storage procedure to prevent mix-ups.
Your remaining inclusions will be returned with your order.

I can send a ring sizer in the kit and you can measure yourself at home. Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect measurements provided so please be sure before ordering.
Pendants come on an 18" sterling silver chain as standard. You can request 16" or 20" if you prefer.
Yes, they do. You can also purchase a bracelet to accompany your charm.
I don’t engrave personally, but I can arrange this through my trusted supplier and ring maker, Nikki.
As a small I business have selected a product range that is manageable for me. However, I can source and supply other items upon request.
