Deliveries

  • Upon placing an order you will be sent an inclusions collection kit via Royal Mail within 3 working days of your order. 

  • All deliveries that contain inclusions will be arranged via Royal Mail tracked services.   If you wish to upgrade your finished order parcel to Special Delivery, this can done upon request, but you will need to pay the cost of Special Delivery.  The price will be confirmed upon request to ensure the price reflects the most up to date fee.

  • We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your finished products within 12 weeks of receipt of your inclusions.  To enable us meet this deadline you must ensure you reply from a proof photo within 24 hours.

  • Please allow an additional four weeks for orders which need to be sent off for hallmarking.

  • If you require your item sooner this may be possible, for a fee, please contact me to negotiate this before placing the order.

  • All deliveries will be via Royal Mail.

Returns & Cancellations

Jewellery & Inclusion Items

  • You can cancel for a full refund before any work has started.

  • Once work has begun, a partial refund may be given to cover materials and time already used.

  • Because inclusion pieces are bespoke, they cannot be returned.

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me straight away — I will make it right with care and urgency.

Non‑Jewellery Items

  • You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

  • After dispatch, items can be returned unused and in original packaging (minus a small processing and postage fee).
